There are a lot of apps available in the market which promises you to help you to recover your deleted data from your Android device. You can definitely try all of them but here are few of the best and simple apps which will help you recover your deleted files without much hassle.
DiskDigger: You can install this app from Google play store on your phone. It will initially scan your whole phone for recently deleted file segments and will try to recover the unindexed segments of the affected file.
How to Use
Tap on the Google Play store application, search and install the DiskDigger app.
Tap open the DiskDigger application and click on "Refresh List" option.
Then select the "System" folder.
Click on the option "Scan Device". After a while, you will see a list of all recently deleted files from the device.
When you find the file you have been searching, select it and tap on save.
DiskDigger will ask for a destination in where you want it to save the recovered photo. And after selecting the folder click on Ok.
The file is successfully restored in the selected location.
In some cases when you can’t find the deleted files with the help of DiskDigger. You have to take some advanced steps to recover the deleted media from your device.There is an application available for desktop users by which they can recover media files which are beyond recoverable from DiskDigger. But there is a catch in the desktop version of Kvisoft Data Recovery, you have to buy their licensed product to retrieve the files from your Android device. The upgrade costs around $70.
How to use Kvisoft Data Recovery
Step 1: First you have to enable the USB Debugging option in your phone (Search in developer option). Before enabling the option on the phone make sure to launch the program on your PC.
Step 2: After you have enabled the USB option in your phone, connect your phone to your PC. Select the Multimedia option in your phone. As the Kvisoft Data Recovery is already running on the PC it will automatically detect your new connected device after a few seconds.
Step 3: Look for your device in the display list and after selecting capacity click on Start.
Step 4: After that program does a detailed scan of the whole device and will compile a list of recently deleted files.
Step 5: Once you have selected the files you want to recover, click on "Recovery" option and then select the location where you want those files to be saved.
***Note: You can also insert your SD card instead of scanning your whole phone if the file is located in the external memory before deletion.
