Baahubali 2 Glides Over Rs 1,000 Crore Mark in The Overall Revenue Collected

The Indian blockbuster Baahubali: The Conclusion is making history not only in India but all across the globe. The film, which was released worldwide on 28th April 2017, has turned into a superhit picture collecting over more than Rs. 1000 crore in such a short time span. It was released in five dialects - telegu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi across over 8k theaters in India. The film has collected over more than Rs. 800 crore in India only and additionally 200 crore more in the global market.

Baahubali: The Conclusion has not just got a superb debut of over Rs. 100 crore but if all the other version (including all five languages) are added into the gross revenue then the film has additionally made over Rs. 300 crore at weekend.

The only films ever to enter the Rs. 300 cr Club are Aamir Khan’s PK [2014] and Dangal [2016], Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan [2015] and #Sultan [2016] and Pabhas’s Baahubali 2 [2017].

Baahubali 2 is also one of the first Indian movie ever to cross Rs. 100 crore line in North America, as reported Mr Taran Adarsh a critic of bollywood movies.
Movie producers Karan Johar and S Rajamouli are very happy with the reaction and the attention the film has been getting around the world. Rajamouli tweeted that "You have given us such a major accomplishment, to the point that we can keep it in our souls for whatever remains of our lives.” And expressed his emerce gratitude towards his fans for their immense love and support.

Also In an previous interview with a news channel IANS, the lead actor Prabhas expressed his thanks and gratitude towards his fan base for keep supporting the film for over last five years.

Director Rajamouli has teased about having 3rd film of Baahubali franchise with a whole new storyline as the previous storyline was only written for being made into only two parts.

Baahubali: The Conclusion is the sequel of the 2015 blockbuster movie Baahubali: The Beginning. This part of the movie features Tamannaah, Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati and Ramya Krishnan in major roles and it finally answers the most discussed question the Half-decade that “Why did katappa killed Baahubali in the final scene of the first part of the movie? ”.
