Furthermore, cinnamon is a rich source of dietary fibre, iron manganese and calcium. Stir the 1/4th teaspoon of cinnamon powder in 1 cup of hot boiling water. Allow it to rest for about five minutes and add ½ teaspoon honey, mix it well. Drink the tea slowly and drink 2 cups of tea although the menstrual period. You can also start drinking two days previous to your periods commenced.
