We all must have heard the common saying, "Three apples changed the world- Eve’s Apple, Newton’s Apple and Steve Jobs’ Apple”. Life wasn’t a bed of all roses for Steve, he had to encounter many thorns before embarking his mark. He was born to an unmarried mother who couldn’t keep him and decided to give him for adoption. Due to financial crunches, Steve had to drop out of college. He went in extreme poverty that he slept at his friend’s place, sold bottles and walked 11kms every Sunday to ‘Hare Krishna’ temple for free food. He was undergoing a phase of depression when a friend recommended visiting India. He sought enlightenment in temples of North India for 3 months and went back to start anew. He started his company at the age of 20 and everything went well for some time till he was thrown out of his own company! Despite such a heartbreak, he started two other companies- Pixar and Next. In some time, Apple united with these companies and he got back to his company. His perseverance made Apple the world’s largest IT company. After shaping up his dream, Steve Jobs died due to pancreatic cancer in 2011. His life is an example to all the dreamers to aspire to do something revolutionary in their lives.
